I always enjoy seeing you guys perform. The first time dates back to the early 90's in Carpentersville during a village fest. And recently last night in Hanover Park I took my Fiancee' to see you for her first time. She too was impressed. One of you waved at us as you were leaving the grounds in your car just before you stopped near the street to get directions on your street finder. Hopefully my Fiancee' and myself will get to see you again soon. May you all be be safe and healthy and keep playing for many years.

Just wanted to wish AE and crew a safe trip to England. My husband, a few friends and I did get the chance to drive down to Plano Texas and catch your show back in May, however, Liverpool is just not within driving distance. We'll be here waiting for your safe return. I'm looking forward to the lunchtime concert at Sears Tower, as I work downtown. Take care.

Sorry we won't be there tonight, Saturday-we have plans with Barbie's Godmother. Just want to say have a good trip to England. Barb mentioned to a few people that she went there on an educational school trip for an Iterim (one month in January) offered at Elmhurst College in the 80's where we mainly visited the preschools, and did some sightseeing, including Abbey Road (the one pictured on the album, isn't it?)

I got a bit nervous walking up to you Doug so I ended up asking you some silly things when I met you for the 4th time I stared at young the whole time he was on stage. I totally jammed along with Tommy and just fell in a trance with Eric.I mentioned it to a co-worker and she giggled she then said "Imagine if you were around during the Beatles" I laughed but she's right thanks to American English I get to admire you all from a distance. You guys are so kind and charming I'm sure you get it all the time but it was a first time for me. I just find you all so talented lucky the females in your lives. I appreciate you letting me sign the table. My husband Daniel and my father in law know so much about the Beatles I hesitate to speak when I know something but because of you guys I've learned most of the songs by heart and sing a long with them whenever I get a chance and think about you guys often. It is so much fun singing along with you all. We even purchased the Rialto cd and you did us the honor of signing it so we often play it when we have company. We absolutely loved you guys at Melrose Park and Desplaines about 2 years ago when we first started following you all, and this year at Westmont,Northlake,Lombard,Catigny,Hillside, and Crestwood. Daniel my husband sang Oh Darling to me at my wedding 05/07 and our wedding party gathered around us singing all you need is a little help from your friends all because of our new found passion for the Beatles music you all play so well. My husband was asked his name by Doug in Crestwood and he mentioned it to me and told me he never was asked his name by a person he met after a show, he always had to introduce himself he found it so humble and neat. I guess someone threw a water bowl and Eric asked if the glass was broken in reference to the song. You guys are awesome. Take care see you soon. Gisell

ABSOLUTELY and POSITIVITELY enjoyed your show on Tuesday in Bloomingdale! Thank you Eric for Till There Was You- it was my first time ever hearing that song, and I greatly enjoyed it! Also, thank you Young for It Won’t Be Long. The Sgt. Pepper set was especially good this time, since we had Taxman from Doug and Baby You’re A Rich Man. Of course, the highlight of the night HAD to be all the Liverpool songs. Thank you Tom! for Photograph- I’ve been dieing to hear that song ever since I learned it was being played this summer. Between Imagine, Give Me Love, What Is Life?, Hi Hi Hi, and Too Many People, it was as though you had transported the Blues Bar to Bloomingdale- for that I am TRULY greatful! :) Also loved that not only did we get to hear the Medley, but that it was an extended version that including You Never Give Me Your Money and Sun King. Barb, I’m very happy that you enjoyed your birthday card! :) I think it was very sweet that you got the guys to sign it, as you mentioned on here.

We just realized that we forgot a few people at "Sisterfest"- Glenn, Joseph C. and Jen! Yesterday, Tuesday the l2th, we were saying "Here Comes the Sun", thankfully, for the show to go on in Bloomingdale! You broke my heart (Barbie's) when you said you couldn't guarantee that Eric would include my name at "Birthday", Kenny, but was mended when you gave him my note "special delivery" right then! It was great seeing everybody-thanks for the wishes, Sharon, Eva, and Cydney for the card! Thanks you, lads, for wishing me a Happy Birthday, the hugs, and signing the card from Cydney after the show! I don't know if you caught that I said my sign is Leo, Eric. Another highlight of the already great show was the "extended encore" including "Hi, Hi, Hi"!

*What Is Life* ~ THANK YOU, Mr. Couture! THAT was 'VERY MUCH' appreciated! You and *the lads* did an AWESOME performance of that song. AND ~ JUST LOVING and *getting into the groove* (so to speak) with the *Liverpool* songs and will be 'so sad' when we do not get to hear them anymore! Well ~ time marches on ~ and while WE DID ENJOY the *Bloomingdale* show tonight ~ it is ALREADY TIME for your last show before departing for England. *Hanover Park* on Saturday. EVERYONE BE THERE! YEAH! *luv* Sharon ps THANK YOU (!) to the folks in Bloomingdale for having *AMERICAN ENGLISH* return each summer. It is really one of my VERY FAV venues! :)

Couldn't make the Orland Park, Romeoville or Blue's Bar shows, but the "Sisterfest" and Crestwood shows this weekend were FANTASTIC! The show at Maryville Academy in Des Plaines on Saturday was in a nice setting. Great seeing you Sharon, Niki and Ariana. It was great when you noticed us from the stage at the start of the show, Doug and Young! Thanks for adding "Help!" to the first set! Thanks for the handshakes and hugs guys and Vi! What a fun but crowded show at Crestwood yesterday! Great seeing "the regulars" especially Bob & Pam! Thanks for talking to us, Vi and it was awesome that you acknowledged us, Young, from the stage when we were talking with Bob & Pam! Great song selection-we enjoyed "Want to Be Your Man" and "Photograph", Tom! Thanks for the handshakes, guys, and hug, Eric and HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Sue! Barbie's celebration will be Tuesday at Bloomingdale, as I cued you in, Eric-Don't forget (Ha-Ha!) Chuck was watching the fireworks-he'll probably talk to you on Tuesday! Happy Anniversary, Doug and Ariana!
